What is AgentForce?

AgentForce is an innovative platform, integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem, dedicated to Agentic AI. It enables the creation, management, and deployment of intelligent autonomous agents to automate complex processes. These agents are designed to interact seamlessly with users (your employees or customers) and systems, while remaining under total control through an intuitive interface. The goal of AgentForce is to maximize operational efficiency by leveraging agents capable of analyzing, learning, and evolving according to the specific needs of your business—while providing full transparency into their actions and impact. AgentForce runs on market-leading LLMs or your own models, and includes a Reasoning Engine that allows it to understand the intent behind every request.

What types of agents are available?

AgentForce offers pre-configured agents for Service and Sales:
– An SDR Agent to manage interactions with your leads
– A Coach Agent that trains your sales team on best practices and helps them fine-tune their pitch
– A Service Agent that can be installed on your website or other channels to interact with your customers—whether to recommend products, gather information, manage cases, or connect them with an advisor
These agents can be customized to fit your processes, or you can create entirely new ones from scratch! Currently, the agents are natively English-speaking—only the Service Agent is available in French for now—but they will soon be available in ten additional languages.

Do you have full control over your agents?

Absolutely. Agents can be stopped with a single click, and updates are fast and flexible thanks to simplified configurations. Every interaction is fully transparent and analyzable, giving you precise insights into each agent’s impact. Agents are also trained using your knowledge base (for example, your products and services), which can be easily maintained and updated.
